Introduction
LactApp participates in research and / or studies related to breastfeeding, in which their possible pathologies and associated health problems are studied, as well as the main difficulties that may arise.
The LactApp application offers «chat» functionality. In it, users come into contact with breastfeeding experts. Sometimes, users have doubts and / or consultations and, to achieve a more appropriate orientation, they send images of their breasts, of the baby’s grasp on the breast or, directly, of their baby / s.
In case you give us your express consent, the images you provide may be used anonymously in the education courses, research and studies in which we participate.

Contract of Assignment of Image Rights
I, hereinafter «the model», confirm that I am of legal age and that I own the rights to the images of the transferred photographs, hereinafter «photographs» or «images», which I am going to assign to LactApp Women Health, SL, with NIF nº B66777780 and domiciled in Barcelona, Plaza Urquinaona, núm. 6, plant 12B, hereinafter LactApp.
The model yields the images provided to LactApp, which may be used only in education, research and studies directly related to breastfeeding.
LactApp undertakes not to publish or disclose the photographs in any way that is not related to the context and purpose established in this contract.
For participation in research and / or studies, LactApp works jointly with third-party natural or legal persons.
Before sharing the images and associated information in the course of an education, investigation or study, LactApp will sign with the third parties involved a contract that guarantees a use and treatment of the data in accordance with current legislation and respectful of your rights.
The contract will also include a commitment not to distribute the data outside the agents involved in the research or study.
The photographs will be stored using an associated code. LactApp will guarantee the anonymity of the images in relation to third parties that participate in research and / or studies.
The authorization of transfer of images has no geographical or temporal limit, so that LactApp may use the photographs as well as parts thereof, throughout the world for an unlimited time.
The use and treatment of the images will be limited: a) for the purposes themselves (only for research and / or studies) and b) the Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, of Civil Protection to the Right to Honor, Personal Privacy and Family and the Own Image, as well as any other applicable regulations.
The model can revoke the cession of the image by contacting LactApp at the e-mail address [email protected] or by sending a written request to the address that appears at the beginning of this contract.
